Dr. Kim Licciardi is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at NH Eye Associates in Manchester, NH, with hospital affiliations at Elliot Hospital and Catholic Medical Center. She served as President of the New Hampshire Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons from 2023 to 2024 and currently serves as Immediate Past President. During her presidency she led the society's successful opposition to SB 440, which would have permitted optometrists to perform laser and incisional eye surgery in New Hampshire, and made the case publicly in the pages of the NH Journal.

She earned a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, followed by an internship at the University of Pennsylvania and her ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the New England Ophthalmological Society. Outside the clinic, she is a CrossFit athlete.
